Sean Prindle’s story

I am a proud American as well as a disabled veteran. In 2002, I graduated high school and many of my fellow classmates and friends joined the military. I, myself, decided to enter the world of full time warehouse work. After a little while I started to realize that I was a fit 19 year old kid that was capable of doing the same things that the brave young men and women on the six o clock news were doing. I decided to go fight for my country. I enlisted in the Marine Corps on May 20th, 2003 as an infantryman. To this day it was the greatest decision I have ever made in my entire life. I took core values like Honor, Courage, and Commitment and applied them to everyday life for four years of my life. I had many friends and family at home that I loved and missed everyday, but outside the wire I had brothers that I loved and trusted with my life. I was deployed to Husaybah, Iraq in 2005 and Habbaniyah, Iraq in 2006. The Marine Corps molded me from a young immature 19 year old boy, to a self respecting humble 23 year old gentleman. One of the many things I learned from serving this country was that America is the GREATEST DAMN country in the world, and the support on the home front was AMAZING!! When I returned home for good in 2007, I was on my front porch having a beer with my father. He brought it to my attention that his friends, Kim and Paige, were starting a beer company to support the troops. I was in awe. This was so unselfish and AMERICAN. I loved it!!! 50 Back is an amazing idea and unbelievably Patriotic. Many fellow brothers of mine as well as myself benifit everyday from people like Kim and Paige. So I would like to say Thank you girls so much on the behalf of all who have served. For all of you that haven’t tried 50 Back, it’s a great tasting beer with a smooth finish and it isn’t expensive, so grab your keys, get in your car and get to the local packy to grab a six pack, because you can enjoy a beer and keep it in the back of your mind that you just helped out the fellow men and women who sweat and bleed for this country everyday……Thanks again 50 Back…Cheers
